I’m going to start P90X workout.
it has been about 2-3 months break…
bukan senang nak dpt mood workout ni…
workout = susah nak start, susah nak disiplin(istiqamah…)
so now i got back on the line to cut n shape.
P90x workout sample: even a women can do, y cant u?
